Vallerio Terms of Service

Welcome to Vallerio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vallerio website, mobile applications, and any other services offered by Vallerio (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Content

2.2 License to Vallerio: By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Services, you grant Vallerio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Services.
2.3 Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services, and you represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the license set forth in Section 2.2.

VALLERIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VALLERIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, INCURRED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
